Go to the Track Order page, enter your Order ID and the billing email you used at checkout, then click “Track.”
Your Order ID is in the order confirmation email sent right after purchase. Check your inbox (and spam folder).
Use the exact email address you entered during checkout — not an alias or forwarding address.
Common causes: typo in the Order ID, wrong email address, or the order was placed as a guest under a different email. Double-check both fields carefully.
Tracking updates typically appear within 1–2 business days after your order ships. If it’s been longer, contact support with your Order ID.
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact the store’s customer support team with your name and approximate order date.
